Happy New Years!!!
Can you believe it's the year of our Lord 2009?
I love how that sounds (the year of our Lord), don't you?
Please join me in taking one last look at 2008 in the life of the BHCC family!
Overall, it's been a truly wonderful year for our church!!! God has been very busy! We have grown by about 40 new BHCC family members who started coming to BHCC sometime in 2008! As Ty Pennington says, "Welcome home family, welcome HOME!"
It does seem like we are welcoming family members home at BHCC! I can't even imagine our church without them being here!!!
We had over 20 people take BHCC 101 and 'officially' join our church in 2008 & we baptized 8 adults last summer! We've had several people request baptism (halleluiah!) and are planning a baptism party in the next few months! Praise God---he is working in our midst!

January Bible study: "The Art of Spiritual Listening."
Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008: John Gaylor went home to be with the Lord.
Saturday, March 8th 2008: Marriage Seminar with Pastor Jeff and Sherri Orr
Saturday, April 19th 2008: Official move-in to our NEW Browncroft Mosaic Campus
May 9th, 2008: Grand Re-opening of the Mosaic Café!
May 16th-17thThe Second Chance Garage Sale sponsored by the BHCC Mission Team
May 18th Women’s Mini Retreat with Lucille Lamb as speaker.
June 2008: Democrat and Chronicle writes big article all about BHCC!
July Rose Preston’s Mom went home to be with the Lord!
Sunday,June 29th: BHCC 101-401 Classes!
Sunday, July 20th 2008: Baptisms Picnic & Celebration
Eight people baptized! Halleluiah!
Sunday, July 27th Women’s Mini-Retreat: Denise McGarvey

Wednesday, Sept. 3: Barb Cicilone’s mother’s funeral at White Haven.
Wednesday Sept. 24th: Prayer Vigil at the Mosaic Campus
September: Fall Direct Mailers went out to Webster & Penfield
October-November: BHCC Fall Open House!
Friday, Oct. 15th: “Facing the Giants” movie night at Mosaic Café
Sunday, Nov. 9th BHCC 101-401 Classes
Dec. 14th BHCC Christmas Party
Dec. 31st BHCC New Year’s Eve Party
Well, 2009 has only just begun! I can't wait to see all that God will do in us and through us this year!!!
