I’m very excited about what God has for Blessed Hope Community Church in 2007. I have personally been praying much for God to show me where to focus.
Now in my 15th month of being a worship leader, I’m beginning to write worship songs. I’ve been studying the elements of great worship songs. Paul Baloche has some incredible insights on songwriting. Surprisingly, they all have some common elements. The greatest worship songs are:

Prayers
I’ve written 3 worship songs which I will continue to polish but during this coming year, I hope to write many more.
Whether we’re doing a full out rock worship set or a simple heart-driven acoustic set, we’ve had some amazing worship. God is growing myself and each member of the worship team—spiritually, musically, and in leadership. We’re looking forward to an awesome year of worship!
